1. Cut the chicken breasts into fine strips. Put aside in the fridge.
2. Drain the pineapple. Dissolve the stock cube in some water.
3. Pour a few tablespoons of oil into a non-stick pan and heat it. When it is hot, brown the pineapple in it. Add the stock until it covers the pineapple. Cook for 2 minutes then add the cornflour to thicken the sauce.
4. Place the chicken in the sauce with the sugar, the pinch of salt and the soy sauce.?Simmer until cooked. Correct the seasoning if necessary.
5. Serve with rice.
Tip: Serve with a medium dry white wine
