1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the chicken into an oven dish.
2. Coat it with the fine and strong Amora mustard then add the Provence herbs.
3. There is no need to season with salt and pepper because the mustard is the seasoning.
4. Pour 2 glasses of water into the dish and then cook in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C.
