1. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Cut the chicken into strips. Peel and finely chop the onions, crush the clove of garlic. Season.
2. Brown the onions and garlic in a skillet with a little oil. Add the meat, the curry and the bay leaves. Let the chicken brown.
3. Add the potatoes and about 75 cl of water. Continue cooking until the potatoes are soft. Add a little water if required.
